Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup baking cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup hot water
• Icying:
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
• 1/2 cup canned milk
• 1/2 cup margaine (1 stick)
• dash salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Cream margarine, sugar and eggs together. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, vanilla and milk. Mix well and then carefully and hot water.(It will spash out of the bowl)

2. Spray a 9×13 pan and pour cake into prepared pan and bake @ 375 for 30 minutes

4. In a medium saucepan over medium heat add all ingredients except vanilla. Heat until boiling, cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Poke holes in warm cake and pour icying over cake.
