Breakfast Omlet

  1. 1st Layer- 8 slsices white bread-buttered

  2. cubed & sprinkled in a buttered 9×13 pan

  3. 2nd Layer-Mushroos minced onion, diced green chili to taste. 1/2-3/4 lb. fried, crumbled bacon or 1 lb. cubed ham or 1 lb. cooked sausage.

  4. 3rd Layer_ 1 lb. grated longhorn cheese

  5. 4th Layer- 8 beaten eggs, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard, 2 1/2 cups milk, salt & pepper. Beat together and pour over top.

  6. Cover -refrigerate overnight.

  7. Bake covered 350 for 1 hour, Uncover bake for 5 minutes to brown
