Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream if celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups diced chicken (or canned chicken)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Onion flakes to taste
  • 12 taco shells, broken into pieces
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Black olives

Directions

  1. Mix together soups, chicken, milk, sour cream and onion flakes. Stir over medium heat until warm and bubbly.

  2. Grease a 9×13 inch pan and layer broken shells, sauce and cheese. Repeat until all are gone. Top with black olives.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
