Campus Dough

(from beckyinem’s recipe box)

Ingredients

  • 25 pounds of flour
  • 3/4 pounds of yeast
  • 1 3/4 gallon water
  • 8 ounces salt
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 1/2 pound shortening

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients.

  2. Mix on 2nd speed for 10-12 minutes

  3. Punch down

  4. Beat again
