Chicken Espanõl

Ingredients

  • 1-3 lbs cooked and diced chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • ⅔ can of chicken broth
  • 1/2-1 can 4 oz. diced green chilies
  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Mix bisquick and water to make soft dough. Spread dough on bottom of a 9X13 pan.

  3. Mix diced chicken, soup, broth and green chilies. Spread chicken mixture on top of dough in pan. Top with 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
