Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups croutons
• 2 cups shredded cheddar
• 2 packs Jimmy Dean
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 tsp mustard powder
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Place croutons in greased pan.

2. Sprinkle cheese on top

3. Brown sausage, drain. Sprinkle on top of cheese.

4. Beat eggs, mustard and milk together. Pour over the top. Let sit in fridge overnight.

5. When ready to bake, spoon 1/2 cup mushroom soup on top.

6. Bake 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
