Pan Pork Chops with Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • margarine
  • brown sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can of milk

Directions

  1. Brown chops in butter. Add a pinch of brown sugar, salt and pepper on top. Once browned, remove from pan.

  2. Add soup and milk to pan. Add chops back in.

  3. Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
