Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • One 14 oz. can water-packed artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in oven proof dish.

  2. Bake at in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until hot through.

  3. Serve warm with toasted pita chips or other bread.
