Cranberry Apple Relish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled Granny Smith apples (about 1/2 pound)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (12- ounce) package fresh cranberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; and simmer until thick (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally. Cool completely
