Log Cabin Syrup Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 env. Knox
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. maple syrup
  • 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix Knox with water. Scald milk. Add Knox/water. Add maple syrup and let congeal. Add whipped cream. Line bottom of 13 × 9 with half of the vanilla wafer crumbs. Pour mixture on top of crumbs, sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the top and freeze. Serve partially frozen.
