Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon kirsch
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the yogurt, sugar, and blueberries together.

  2. Press the mixture through a strainer to remove the seeds.

  3. Stir in the kirsch and lemon juice; chill for 1 hour.

  4. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions.
