MExican Bubble Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Grands buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Thick'n Chunky salsa
  • sour cream
  • 3 medium green onions

Directions

  1. at oven to 375. In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef over med-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, water and soup; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 3 minutes.

  2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into 8 pieces. Gently stir biscuit pieces into ground beef mixture. Spoon mixture into ungreased 13×9-inch pan.

  3. Bake 18 to 23 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown. Spinkle cheese over top. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is bubbly. Cut pizza into 8 squares. Top each serving with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream and onions.
