Skillet Herb Chicken

  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 c. cooked pasta or rice


  1. Sprinkle chicken with herbs. Spray nonstick skillet with Pam and heat over medium heat 1 minute. Add chicken and cook 15 minutes or until done. Remove and keep warm.

  2. Add soup and water and heat through. Serve over chicken with rice.
