Paula Deen’s Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby carrot
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paula Deen's house seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, coat the carrots with the olive oil.

  3. Toss with the House Seasoning and place in a Roasting Pan.

  4. Roast until tender, approximately 30 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and toss the carrots with butter and chopped parsley.
