Caribbean Grilled Tuna

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon jamaican jerk spice


  1. Place tuna steaks in a large zip-top plastic bag.

  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over tuna; turn to coat; seal bag and refrigerate 20-30 minutes.

  3. Lightly grease grill rack; place tuna on grill. Grill approximately 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes; apply extra marinade during grill time to keep tuna moist.
