Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme Rub

Use for roast potatoes, carrots, onions, as well as beef, pork, and chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup dried rosemary
  • 1/8 cup dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated or granulated garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. coarse kosher or sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dried sage
  • 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix.

  2. Transfer to a covered jar. Store in cool dry place.

  3. The rub will keep for several months.

  4. Makes about one cup.
