Barbecue Circuit Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. celery salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk or stir with a fork, trying to break up any lumps of brown sugar.

  2. Makes 3/4 cup.
