Garbanzo-Oat Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/4 cups water
  • 1 and 1/2 cups raw rolled oats
  • 1 cup soaked/uncooked garbanzos (1/2 c. dry-before soaking)
  • dash of salt
  • slosh of oil

Directions

  1. Blend until foamy, about 2 minutes.

  2. Let rest about 1 minute while waffle iron is heating

  3. Blend again briefly.

  4. Pour into waffle iron and cook 8-10 minutes or until done.
