Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 package (7oz) macoronie
  • 4 T butter
  • 3 T flour, all purpose
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package cream cheese softened and cubed
  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar
  • 2 tsp spice brown mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. cook mac according to package directions

  2. meanwhile melt 4 T butter in large saucepan, stir in flour until smoothe, gradually add milke, bring to a boil, cook and stir for two min

  3. reduce hea, add cheeses, mustard, salt, and pepper, stire cheese until melted and sauce is smoothe

  4. drain mac and add to the cheese sauce and stir to coat

  5. transfer to a greased shallow 3 qt baking dish and bake uncovered at 400 for 15-20 min or until golden brown
