Blueberry Almond Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup veg oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1/2 T vanilla
  • 1/2 T almond extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. in med bowl whish together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well blended

  3. in antoher bowl combine oil, egg, milk, vanilla and almond extract until well blended

  4. pour liquid mixture into middle of flour mixtture and stire until not qutie all combined

  5. add blueberries and gently finish combining

  6. spoon batter in 18 muffin cups filling each 2/3 full

  7. bake until toothpick test works abotu 15 -18 min
