Taco Fiesta Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 package pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 lb ground beed
  • 1 15oz can spicy chili beans undrained
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
  • optional - green onion slices, sour cream, ripe olives, chopped jalapenos

Directions

  1. unfold pie crust, place in 9 in pie pan

  2. price bottom and sidee with fork and flute adege

  3. cut 13 (2in) triable pieces from remaining crust

  4. place around crust edge

  5. backe at 425 for 9-11 min or until light golden brown

  6. in a large skillet brown ground beef; drain

  7. add chili bean, salsa, and 1 cup of cheese, mis well

  8. cook over lwo heat for 2-3 min or until cheese is melted

  9. spoon meat mixture into baked shell, top wtih remaining ingredients
