chicken francese

you can buy thin chicken breast at giant, worth the extra money, you dont have to pound flat and they cook faster. i also use itailian bread crumbe and bake in oven just dizzle some melted butter over them, tastes great. very tender cook in 25 min. my kids love it, any questions, ill explain, <3 mary lynne

Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 lb boneless chicken breast
  • two eggs
  • flour
  • oil
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/4 stik of butter
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • parsely and pep to taste

Directions

  1. pound breast until thin, rinse with water coast chicken with flour and dip into two beatn eggs

  2. place oil in frying pan and fry chicken on each side

  3. drain grease

  4. add one can chicken broth 1/4 stick butter, 1/2 of lemon squeeze out juice, simmer for several mins and then add parsely and pep to taste
