italian roast beef

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs beef roast
  • 1 tsp pep
  • 1/2 tsp oregano, sweet basil
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 1 package lipton onion soup
  • 6 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 can beer
  • pepperononi and juice (6-7)
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions

  1. heat 1 tsp oil and brown roast in hot dutch oven

  2. mix beer, broth, and seasonings, and spices and pour over beef

  3. cover and boild over high heat

  4. reduce heat to med until meat is tender

  5. according to taste adjust seasonings
