Chicken and pineapple sandwich

Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 1 kiwi, sliced and mashed
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 chicken breast halves, fat removed
  • 4 pineapple slices, fresh or canned
  • 8 bread slices
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1/4 cup bacon-flavored bits

Directions

  1. Marinate and grill chicken (lightly roll chicken flat with press)

  2. Cut each breast into 8 strips

  3. Grill pineapple (spray with oil) for 2-4 min

  4. Spread honey mustard on toast, top with ingredients
