Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms

(from ShadrachAnki’s recipe box)

I think this needs a few modifications next time I make it. Reduce the capers to 1 Tbsp, add in another clove or two of garlic. Increase the butter to 4 Tbsp, use salted next time.
