Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Place tenderloin in glass baking dish

  2. Combine garlic, soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, and ginger

  3. Pour over meat

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning a couple times

  5. Preheat oven to 325

  6. Cover meat and marinade with lid or aluminum foil and bake about 2 hours

  7. When ready to serve, slice at an angle into serving pieces

  8. Place on serving platter and pour marinade on top

  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
