Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 5 ice cubes
  • pinch of nutmeg

Directions

  1. combine in blender until smooth sprinkle with nutmeg
