Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp dried sage
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground mustard
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 garlic clove finely chopped
• 1 egg
• 2 slices bread
• 1/3 cup ketchup

Directions

1. heat oven to 350 degrees

2. mix all ingredients except ketchup

3. spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan

4. spread ketchup over top

5. bake 50-60 minutes or until beef is no longer pink in the center
