Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) fat-free sour cream
  • 1 cup(s) canned cream of chicken soup made with whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cup(s) cooked brown rice
  • 2 cup(s) (chopped) roasted chicken breast
  • 1 3/4 oz Kraft 2% Milk Natural Cheese Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. at 13×9 pan with cookin spray. Preheat oven to 400. Combine sour cream, soup, peppers, salt & pepper in a larg bowl. Blend well. Add rice, chicken and cheese. Put in dish and cook 20 – 25 minutes.
