  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and mashed
  • 1/2 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp relish
  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. just mix everything and serve on bread.
