Carrot Coins

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 carrots
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Peel slide carrots adn cut into coins
  • Med size frying pan with water
  • Cover and cooke med high heat 6-7 minutes or until water has evap and carrots are soft
  • Uncover and add sugar, butter and cider vinegar
  • Turn up heat and saute stirring for 2-3 minutes
  • Season with salt and pepper
