Dutch Oven Breakfast Bake

Cook time: 35 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • Charcoal Briquettes
  • 2 lbs. sausage
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 lbs. grated potatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk Dutch
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Directions

  1. Line inside of 12" Dutch oven with foil.

  2. 10 briquettes on bottom of Dutch oven

  3. 16 briquettes on lid of Dutch oven

  4. Brown sausage and onion (lid on)

  5. Brown potatoes in sausage grease.

  6. Beat eggs add milk

  7. Add egg / milk mixture to dutch oven,

  8. bake for 25-35 minutes until eggs are done.

  9. Add cheese and bake until melted.
