  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 onion, large
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp powdered mustard
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  1. Place pork chops in bowl. Peel and slice the onion and place in a pitcher. Add rest of ingredients and mix well, then pour over chops. Leave to marinate for 1 hour in a cool place, turning chops at least twice.

  2. Preheat a charcoal grill or the broiler.

  3. Cook the chops on the grill (or under a broiler), occasionally brushing them with marinade. Usually takes about 20 minutes.
