Vegetable Soup

Pair with a Veggie Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes of Vegetable Broth
  • 1 sm Onion
  • Garlic
  • 4 stalks of Celery
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Bay Leaves
  • Celery Leaves
  • Fresh Basil
  • 8 oz Can of tomato sauce
  • 4 Potatos
  • fresh corn
  • 1/2 bag of frozen Peas
  • 1/2 bag of frozen Green Beans
  • Fresh baby Spinach
  • Fresh baby Carrots
  • 4 pkgs of sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Vegetable bouillon cubes
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Great White Northern Beans

Directions

  1. Stir fry garlic, onion, Chopped mushrooms and Celery in Olive Oil

  2. Boil 2 Boxes of Vegetable Broth, 1 Can of Tomato Sauce, 2 Vegetable Boulion Cubes and Bay Leaves, Celery Leaves, Basil, and garlic

  3. Add Potatos

  4. Add 2 Fresh Baby Carrots

  5. Add peas towards the end

  6. Add 1 Cub of White Northern Beans

  7. Add Other Veggies
