Grandma’s Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • Chuck Roast
  • Potato
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Onions
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Season Salt, Pepper
  • Flour
  • Tomato Sauce

Directions

  1. Put chuck roast in the freezer. It is easier to cut partially frozen meat.

  2. Chop garlic, onion, poatatos and parsley

  3. Cut meat

  4. Season meat with garlic powder, onion powder, season salt, and pepper

  5. Season flour with Season salt and black pepper

  6. Coat meat w/ flour

  7. Brown meat on all sides

  8. Put meat in 5qt stock pot with enough water to cover the meat.

  9. Add 2 Chicken Bouillion Cubes, chopped onion, 3 garlic bulbs, parsley, and celery leaves

  10. Cover and let simmer

  11. When meat is cooked add carrots, patatos,celery and tomato sauce
