SIMPLE APPLE DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 4 red, sweet apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Spring water

Directions

  1. Core the apples, and grate 2 or 3 of them. Pureé the

  2. grated apples with some spring water in a mixer. Cut

  3. the remaining apple(s) into little cubes and place in

  4. a bowl or plate. Pour the apple-pureé over the cubes,

  5. add some cinnamon and serve.
