Basil Parm Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped granny smith apple
  • 6 oz. cooked chicken breast no skin
  • 1/2 cup plain no fat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 celery ribs chopped or more
  • Argula salad greens 3 cups

Directions

  1. Chop and mix everything together and serve over greens.

  2. Can dress with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, if desired.

  3. Better the second day after herbs get infused.
