Nut Cups

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 2 sticks butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • ___________
  • FILLING:
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. CRUST: Cream the cream cheese & butter. Add the flour gradually and mix well. Make small balls & place each ball into mini cup cake pan. With thumb, press to bottom & sides of to form cup.

  2. FILLING: Mix all ingredients until well blended.

  3. ASSEMBLY: Fill each molded cup about ½ to ¾ full. Bake at 350’ for 30 minutes or until golden brown. While hot, turn pans upside down & pop out of pan. Turn over & cool on racK. When cool, sprinkle w/ confectionary sugar.
