Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Artisana coconut butter (or make your own… Others have told me that you can use coconut oil.)
- 1/2 a large banana (80g)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- scant 1/16th tsp salt
- You can add sweetener, but it’s plenty sweet on its own if you use a very-ripe banana.
