Cream Wafer Sandwiches

these are amaaazing – perfect for a shower

Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 c whipping cream
- filling:
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 t vanilla
Directions

mix and chill

when cold, roll to 1/8" thick

cut with spice lid (little)

prick with fork and sprinkle with sugar

350 for 7-9 min

filling: – mix together and color with food coloring if desired

use a small bit of filling sandwiched between 2 cookies
