Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 c salted pistachios
  • 1/2 t vanilla

Directions

  1. in large bowl, stir together softened ice cream, pistachios and vanilla

  2. cover and freeze for 1 hours or until firm enough to scoop

  3. serve

  4. (can microwave in 30 sec intervals until soft enough to stir but not melted)
