Caramel Surprise Cupcakes

changed a few things from cindy’s original recipe but idea is still the same

Ingredients

  • 1 box devil's food cake mix (all butter one if you can find it)
  • 1 1/3 c milk
  • 1/2 c butter softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 box instant choc pudding
  • 1 c sour cream
  • caramel filled dove chocolates
  • sliced almonds and chocolate curls for garnish

Directions

  1. sift cake mix and pudding mix into large bowl.

  2. add in all other ingredient – blend well with mixer

  3. full cupcake lined pans 1/2 way, put in a dove, fill the rest of the way.

  4. bake at 350˚ until done.

  5. ice with BROWN BUTTER ICING
