Ingredients
- 1 cake mix
- frosting (store bought is great)
- 1 pkg-almond bark (vanilla or chocolate)
Directions

bake cake like box directions

let cool completely

tear up cake and put in a BIG bowl

add tub of frosting

mix well – easiest with hands (messy) mix until play dough consistency-frosting and cake mixed evenly

roll into balls

let dry on wax paper for a while

melt almond bark in glass bowl

dip balls and put on waxed paper to dry

VARIATIONS:

chocolate cake, choc frosting, dipped in white choc

spice cake, cream cheese frosting, rolled in powdered sugar (no chocolate)

golden oreo cookies (processed in food processor) 18 oz pkg, 8oz cream cheese, dipped in white choc

red velvet, cream cheese frosting, white chocolate

lemon cake, cream cheese frosting & chopped pecans, roll in coconut

OTHER ADDITIONS: can also roll in nuts, sprinkles, coconut or double dip in white and brown chocolate (or tinted)
