Cream Cheese Sausage Crescents

Ingredients

  • 1 lb seasoned sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 pkg crescent rolls
  • poppy seeds
  • 1 egg white

Directions

  1. brown sausage and drain. add cream cheese until it melts

  2. separate crescent rolls into 4 triangles (2 from each package

  3. lay each rectangle flat and smooth out perforations

  4. lay sausage mixture down the middle of each rectangle, fold over and press together

  5. turn over so seam is on the bottom

  6. brush with egg white over top of all 4 logs

  7. spring with poppy seeds

  8. 350 for 20 minutes
