Chilli-spiced broccoli

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • t tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • broccoli (for 4)

Directions

  1. Toast sesame seeds and reserve.

  2. Heat oil, add chilli, ginger, and garlic.

  3. Add broccoli.

  4. Fry 1 minute.

  5. Add soy, vinegar and sugar.

  6. Fry 2 minutes or until broccoli is cooked (may add a little water if needed).

  7. Sprinkle with seeds.
