Layered Chilli

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper Seeded and Chopped
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder

Directions

  1. • Brown onion and pepper in oil

  2. • Add mustard seeds and stir for 1 minute

  3. • Add chilli powder, cumin, cocoa, cinnamon, tomatoes (break up with spoon) and liquid, beans and liquid, water and tomato paste

  4. • Reduce heat and simmer rapidly for 40 minutes
