Raspberry Sauce

Great with pond cake.

Yield 3 cups

  • 4 10 oz packages frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 4 t sugar


  1. Process both ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour throgh s wire-mesh strainer, discarding seeds. Chill 1 hour.
