Avacado Moose Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 Avacado
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Berries, your choice
  • 1-2 Tbls (15-30 ml) sunflower seed oil, flaxseed oil or organic coconut oil, your choice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 1 tsp (5ml) raw organic chocolate powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend in your regular blender or with hand blender for 30 seconds to a minute of full power. Serve and enjoy.

  2. Tip- Keep avacado’s and berries in fridge so that it’s chilled when you want to make this.
