Ingredients
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 1/2 T melted butter
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2/3 cup hearvy cream, whipped and lightly sweetened
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line abaking sheet with foil.

Work with one sheet at a time, keeping the rest of the phyllo under plastic wrap. Brush each sheet with a little melted butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. of sugar, and lightly scrunch the sheet with your fingers, so it becomes crinkled. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.

Mix berries with 1 T. sugar and spoon over phyllo. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
