Salted Peanut roll Bars

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Topping
  • 1 1/2 -6 oz. bags of butterscothch chips- total of 9 oz.
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pound salted peanuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. For crust, mix all ingredients and press into a 9 × 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

  3. For the topping, melt together butterscotch chips, light corn syrup and peanut butter. Pour over cooled crust. Sprinkle with salted peanuts and press firmly. Cut into bars.
